Each badge uses the corresponding attendee's details, so you do not need to design every name badge individually.
: Agorify's Free plan includes the basic badge creator, PDF badge downloads and one data import per event, with no monthly subscription or credit card required to sign up. For free registrations through Agorify or attendees you add or import, it includes up to 200 attendees per event. Custom graphic uploads and on-demand badge printing require paid plans.
: Uploading logos, backgrounds and custom badge graphics requires the advanced badge creator, included in Essential, Professional and Business. The basic badge creator on the Free plan does not include custom graphic uploads.
: You can include attendee names, company or affiliation, job title, attendee type, ticket type, custom text and a QR code for badge scanning. Arrange these fields in your badge design to help delegates, speakers and exhibitors identify each other.
: Yes. Choose a badge template or enter custom dimensions in millimetres or inches. When exporting, select a page format such as A4 or Letter, or use a custom page size. Adjust margins and spacing to suit your badge paper and printing setup.

: For free registrations through Agorify or attendees you add or import, the included capacity per event is 200 on Free, 400 on Essential, 800 on Professional and 2,000 on Business. There is no attendee cap when you sell tickets through Agorify; ticketing and payment processing fees apply. Selling tickets does not unlock paid badge-design or on-demand printing features on the Free plan.
: Yes. On-demand badge printing and the self-service check-in kiosk are included in the Business plan. You need a compatible printer and badge supplies for onsite printing. The Free plan includes PDF export for printing badges in advance, plus the mobile check-in scanner.
